How does BMBPET™ create such unique designs for collars and leashes?

We follow trends in fashion a year in advance through a variety of sources in the US and Europe. From there, our design team sifts through hundreds of fabric and material swatches to sort out the best that are then individually scrutinized to ensure they meet or exceed our standards.


Can I order a kit of any design I want or can I only purchase the kits that are shown?

You can create your own kit from any one design even if it is not formally offered on the site. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-456-5778 to place your special order.

I cannot see the prices of the products or place an order, how can I do this?

BMBPET.com is a dealer exclusive site. Only registered dealers can log in, view pricing and purchase our products online. If you would like to become a dealer, please click on the "Become a Dealer" link located at the top of every page. If you would like your local independent pet supplier to carry BMBPET™ products please provide them with our contact information. We would be more than happy to help them become a dealer.

Can I send in pictures of my pets or my customer's pets to be posted on your website?

Of course! We love receiving images and testimonials of happy customers. Please email your pictures to sales@roseam.com and we will be more than happy to post your pics!

Is it really only $6 Flat Rate Shipping no matter how much product I purchase?

Yes! It really is only $6 Flat Rate Shipping for all domestic shipments, no strings attached! Whether you buy 2 Earth Friendly collars or the Market Leader Planogram it is still just $6 shipping per order for all domestic locations.


How do you know the designs you offer will sell well in my store?

The BMBPET™ Marketing Team uses various types of market research. They conduct customer and retailer focus groups, do in store testing and solicit opinion surveys to choose the final collections.


You have great products why haven't I heard of you before?

We have been in the pet and equine product business for 25 years. The BMB™ brand is known as a leader in the industry. Until now we have mainly focused on doing private label brands for large retailers. Now, we have decided to expand our line and we have created the BMBPET™ Boutique Line exclusively for Independent Retailers.


How do I size collars and harnesses for my pet?

To obtain the correct size, measure your pet's neck so the collar is snug but you can still slip 2 fingers between the collar and your pet's neck. Take this measurement and find the appropriate size from the large range of sizes we offer. You can also click on The Perfect Fit link located at the bottom of every page for an illustration. For a harness it is much the same except you need to measure the girth (the chest area just behind the animal's front legs) of your pet instead of the neck. Again, you will want to be able to slip 2 fingers between the harness and your dog.


I have a great design idea, who should I contact?

Do you have a catalog? How do I obtain one?

All of our current designs and product collections can be viewed on the website. A packet of information is available to accounts interested in selling our products. To obtain a packet please contact our sales department at sales@roseam.com or visit the Contact Us link located at the bottom of every page.


How can I see your products in person?

We attend most major pet industry trade shows throughout the year. Some of these would be: Global Pet Expo, H.H. Backer Spring and Fall Shows and Super Zoo to name a few. Please keep checking back to our site to see what shows we will be attending.


Will you sell my information to telemarketers or any other companies?

No, absolutely not, we appreciate your business and we will not sell or share your company's information with anyone. Please click here to read our full Privacy Policy.

These collars are a hit and I am almost sold out, how can I place a re-order?
How to find what you previously ordered -

Log on the website and go to My Account.  From here you can click on Order History which will list your previous orders and will allow you to review the order details. You can then search the site by item number or product name.

 

You can then place your order by one of the following methods

  1. You can order online by locating the items you want to purchase and placing them in your shopping cart.  When all items are selected click the “Checkout” button and follow the instructions on the screen.
